Mrignayani endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW.
ORDER AND PRODUCTS
- All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us.
- All products sold on our website correspond with the provided descriptions and images.
- Ensure you enter a correct email address and we would send you an order acknowledgment email and order update email(s).
- Variations in the manufacturing process and the display properties of the computer hardware may mean that the colors, fabrics and design of the merchandise delivered to you may be perceived different in minor aspects when compared.
- The saree would be as true as possible to the picture. However there might be variation in the blouse piece shown.
- In the following cases, orders might not be processed:
- If the products shown on the website are not available.
- If we are unable to obtain authorization of payment.
- All prices of the products on the website are quoted in INR/USD and do not include delivery charges.
- Please note that after purchase there are no cancellations or returns. Customers are advised to review their selection before submitting their order.
- We accept all major credit cards / debit cards and through Paypal.
- For security purposes your billing name and address must match that of the Credit/Debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not match this criteria.
- The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For International shipping depending on the country of delivery.
- Estimates of shipping charges are an approximation of charges to you, and they are based on the anticipated amount to be paid to shippers. It is possible that the amount may vary based on the package weight, dimensions, destination etc.
- As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
- To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 72 working hours.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
- If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed. This should happen within 24 hours of placing an order.
- You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation request. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
- Products ordered in Clearance sale cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
